Please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Include your email, order number and correct address details. If your order has not yet left the warehouse an address change may be possible. If your order has already left, we will try to find another solution.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within the UK generally takes 1-3 business days.
Shipping to EU takes 2-5 business days.
Shipping to other destinations generally takes 4-12 business days. International shipping is expected to experience delays due to Covid19 as every country is affected differently.
Shipping is taking way too long. What’s going on?
We’re so sorry for your experience. Unfortunately the shipping delay is on behalf of the courier and is out of our control. Packmask is processing the majority of your orders within the day and handing it off to the courier. Due to Covid19 and social distancing the workforce of courier companies is not able to operate at their full capacity. Please allow a few more days for your delivery or contact the courier to get more real time updates!
Do I have to pay for duties on my order?
Duties are charged by the Government and not by Packmask. Should your order be subject to duties it is the customer’s responsibility to settle those payments.
For health and safety reasons Packmask face coverings are non-returnable or exchangeable. Should one of your orders have a problem, we will try our best to find a solution for you. Please email email@example.com if your order arrived faulty.
Please be sure to include the following information:
1) The item(s) being returned
2) The reason or problem with the order
3) A copy of the packing list and/or your order number
4) Photos to support your concern
5) Upon receipt of your request, our customer service team will contact you with the next steps
6) Packmask does not reimburse the cost of shipping on orders that were sent back to us after non-acceptance by the customer
